Speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center at 215.799.1212 within 30 days of your eligibility date.
Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 8 PM (closed holidays & weekends).

- During the enrollment call, the Social Security Number and date of birth are required for all NEW dependents (spouse and/or children), and you will be asked to designate beneficiaries for your employer-provided life insurance policy. Domestic Partners are ineligible.
- You must email proof of eligibility for each NEW dependent, such as a birth certificate or marriage license, to Jocelyn Torres at [email protected].
- All personal information changes must be submitted to HR via email to Jocelyn Torres at [email protected].
If you are experiencing a Qualifying Event, you must contact HR within 30 days of the event to process it and provide proof of documentation.QLE changes are processed through Human Resources. If you are connecting with a Benefits Counselor with questions about a Qualifying Life Event, mention that your call is due to a QLE (loss of healthcare coverage/birth/marriage).

After completing your enrollment through the Call Center, you can view/print a copy of your benefits confirmation through the Symetra-Benselect!

User ID: Your Social Security Number (no dashes)
Password (PIN): The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the last 2 digits of your birth year.
Please note: You can modify your benefit elections only during Active Open Enrollment through the Call Center or if you experience a Life Event through HR. However, you may process QLEs in the system, update beneficiaries, and download your benefit confirmation statement.
