📌 If you’re adding dependents, please have their SSN and date of birth handy during your enrollment! 📌 Medical FSA & Dependent Care FSA DO NOT roll over and must be re-elected every year individually.
Option 2: 💻Self-Enroll 24/7 through Benselect. Starting May 19th at 12:00 AM!

Password (PIN): Last four digits of your Social Security Number and the last two digits of your birth year

Please note: You can modify your benefit elections only during Active Open Enrollment through the call center or if you experience a Life Event. However, you may update beneficiaries and print your confirmation.
